SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. This process may take slightly longer during periods of high order volume. Some items are made to order and may take 4-6 weeks to ship. We will notify you immediately if this is the case with your order. If an order is placed with Overnight or 2-Day shipping before 3pm EST Mon-Fri, it will be fulfilled the same day. If it is placed after 3pm EST, it will be fulfilled the next business day. Senior Cord items are not eligible for expedited shipping options. Weekend delivery is not always available, and cannot be guaranteed.We ship domestically & internationally from los angeles, california. Domestically, Fedex & UPS are the designated carriers. For international orders, USPS priority mail international is the carrier offering a 8 to 12 day delivery to major international destinations. Once your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email. All orders over $1000 require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at fun@lequip.la so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier. If your order is sent back by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. Duties & customs: if you choose to ship internationally, you are liable for all import, duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is often necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

 

RETURNS

Unworn and unused garments accompanied by the original packaging can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange your item, please email fun@lequip.la for an RA number & exchange instructions. You will be issued an a credit note for the same amount, minus shipping. Return shipping is paid solely by purchaser.
